take the Civil Service Examination, the professional examination. Where can you
apply for it? of course with Civil
Service Commission, at Military Cut Off for the Cordillera Administrative Region. There are CSC offices
nationwide.
Prepare your school records and
Documents

a copy of your Transcript of Records (TOR) or true copy of grades and
Diploma from the university you graduated from.
Survey the job offers
All government offices publish their vacancies on their
websites. Visit these frequently to get updates. You can also check
www.csc.gov.ph, this is the central website for all government postings.
Be mindful of the qualifications, documentary requirements, deadline for
submission of application.
·
Evaluate your qualifications

·
Submit your application to the
agency of your choice.
Submit
your application before the deadline and not after, the agency will not accept
late and incomplete requirements. Normally, when you apply for a government
post, they require you documents. (refer to the published list of vacancies of
a government office), it has also in it the required documents.
·
Expect notification
The agency will inform you of the date, time and venue of
the interview if you pass the evaluation of documents or return your application
with observations of lacking documents (this can also be done upon submission
of application, depending on the procedure of the agency.
You
must be patient and strong when applying for jobs with the government, it is
not easy as many believe. Try to have an open mind and do your best. Only those
qualified and determined to land a job are taken in.
